Phil and Chris Rose founded their estate in the premium Marlborough region back in 1978, first as growers selling their grapes to big names before adding a winery of their own. Today, along with the rest of the family, they produce one of the best loved Sauvignons in the cellar. ‘Sunshine Bay’ is the name of their family holiday home, nestled on a secluded shoreline in the renowned Marlborough Sounds. It has been their retreat for over 50 years. A place to unwind, relax and to enjoy all of that New Zealand sun. A fitting name then for this most enjoyable and refreshing of whites.
