Sparkling Selvaggio means wild - but in reality there is nothing wild about this rich and generous Prosecco, other than possibly the behaviour of Cheshire housewives as the evening draws in on yet another long lunch.

PRODUCTION Produced from Montresor's Vidussi estate in Friuli. With around 14g/l residual sugar - this is Extra Dry (rather than Brut) - a popular style in Italy for quality Prosecco.

TASTING NOTE Fresh, delicate, floral aromas lead onto an appealing soft mousse. The textured palate has ripe stone fruit characters backed by minerality, depth and fresh citrus acidity.
